AIEASY TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction

Welcome to AIEasy (the "Service"), an AI chat platform developed and operated by AIEasy ("we", "us", or "our"). AIEasy uses multiple AI models, including but not limited to Claude, OpenAI, and Anthropic, to provide automated responses to user requests and support interactive discussions. By accessing or using AIEasy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use AIEasy.

2. Eligibility

You may only use AIEasy if you:

  1. Are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; and
  2. Have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms.

By using AIEasy, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using AIEasy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

4. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will publish the updated Terms on our website or within the Service and revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AIEasy after any changes means that you accept the revised Terms.

5. Description of the Service

5.1. General Functionality

AIEasy is an AI-powered chatbot that allows users to interact with artificial intelligence language models. It may provide responses to user questions, facilitate discussions, and offer information and ideas. However, AIEasy is not a substitute for professional or specialized advice.

5.2. AI Outputs

AIEasy outputs are generated using large language models. These outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. You acknowledge that all outputs and responses are provided "as is."

You should be aware of some important limitations:

  • Responses may include inaccurate or outdated information.
  • The AI does not have access to real-time data or information beyond its training.
  • The AI is not capable of conducting independent research.
  • Responses may reflect biases present in the training data.

5.3. Updates and Improvements

We may, at our discretion and without obligation, update, improve, or change AIEasy's functionality. We do not guarantee that any feature or particular part of the Service will always be available.

6. User Conduct

When using AIEasy, you agree NOT to:

  1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
  2. Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable purpose.
  3. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any servers or networks connected to AIEasy.
  4. Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code that could harm AIEasy, other users, or third parties.
  5. Collect or harvest any personal data about other users.
  6. Use AIEasy to generate or share content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.

7. Privacy

Your use of AIEasy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using AIEasy, you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our privacy principles include:

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting or transmitting any content ("User Content") to AIEasy, you grant AIEasy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to store, display, process, and use your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.
  3. Trademarks. All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and other proprietary designations used in connection with AIEasy are trademarks of AIEasy.

9. Disclaimers

  1. No Warranty. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  2. Accuracy of Information. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information or data provided by AIEasy. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
  3. No Professional Advice. AIEasy is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Always seek guidance from qualified professionals before making decisions based on outputs generated by AIEasy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. No Liability for Indirect Damages. AIEasy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of AIEasy.
  2. Aggregate Liability Cap. In no event will AIEasy's total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIEasy and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

  1. Your use of AIEasy or any activity under your account;
  2. Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms;
  3. Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Services

AIEasy may integrate, embed, or otherwise link to third-party services or content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for such third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

13. Term and Termination

  1. Term. These Terms remain in effect while you use AIEasy.
  2. Termination by You. You may stop using AIEasy at any time.
  3. Termination by Us. We may suspend or terminate your access to AIEasy at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.
  4. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use AIEasy ends immediately, and you must stop all use of the Service.

Situations that may lead to suspension or termination of your account include:

  • Violation of the Terms of Service.
  • Misuse of the platform.
  • Abusive or harmful behavior.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Non-payment for premium services, where applicable.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of AIEasy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue AIEasy (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

16. General

  1. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  2. No Waiver. Any failure by us to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision.
  3. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any other agreements referenced here (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and AIEasy regarding your use of AIEasy.
  4. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms.
